How to grow projects with livelihood

I think-

The main purpose of any institute is a diversified development of community and with increase the importance of agriculture and livelihood in an agricultural country like India. Different levels of strategy and planning are required to implement projects for development works.

To increase agricultural production with qualitative produces, the involvement of technology, along with horizontal farming requires the involvement of vertical farming ideas. Machan farming, organic manure, agricultural machinery etc. are excellent examples of this of scaffolding. In this, the following types of planning are needed for the objective vision, goal, objective and activity.

1. Understanding about the appropriate documents related to the project.

2. Planning is necessary for the activities of the project. It requires clarity of the log framework, action plan, process and structure.

3. Need to practice on a budget as well as prospective expenses. There is a need to function the program by classifying members' selection, purchase, dealing activities etc.

4. Time-to-time assessment, evaluation and monitoring are required for the path to the program. A decision based on the assessment of situations and their trends is required. For this purpose, the Tally sheet is required, which will be projected centric.

5. Need for documenting for assessment of positive and negative progresses timely. It requires writing and sharing of the monthly progress reports, MIS, presentations, training reports, minute of the meetings, orientation, stakeholder interface and related updates of the program as well as case studies.

Formation and strengthen of the farmers group, farmer school, Kisan club etc. as well as federations, the project is likely to be successful, because the farmers can choose the crop or need based engagement with their produce and product market demand, individual interest. And for getting a platform for them to buy and sell, it also makes trading easier.

Farmers' entrepreneurship and livelihood skills created about the government agricultural schemes oriented. In the form of storage, preservation, production units processing unit, product value promotion etc. of agricultural produce.
